We process your personal data as required for the duration of the current recruitment mandate and/or entire business relationship (from initial set up, execution to completion of the contract); in accordance with legal obligations in respect of retention and documentation resulting from, among other things, the German Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB) and Abgabenordnung (AO); and until the end of any possible litigation arising from the Equality Act.

In running our website, we have appointed an external German hosting company, as well as agents and SEO service providers that may have access to your personal data in the course of their activities, insofar that this data is necessary for performing the respective service.
