3.1. Website visitors: The use of our website is, as a rule, possible without providing personal related data. When you visit our website, technical attributes related to your requests are saved in so-called protocol files.

Candidates/applicants: The personal data collected is required for fulfilling contracts with our clients in respect of filling job vacancies (hereafter 'recruitment mandate'), making settlements, asserting contractual claims, for customer service and for our own advertising purposes. The legal bases for using your personal data are, on the one hand, fulfilment of the contract (in the above sense), legitimate interests and the fulfilment of our legal and contractual obligations; and, on the other hand, your consent (e.g. contact form, cookies). By submitting your application, your CV and other personal documents you consent to your data being used for application purposes in line with this data protection notice.

3.4. In addition, we use data that we have received legitimately from business networks, career platforms and other service providers (researchers). This includes basic personal details such as your name, professional situation, date of birth and your preferred method of communication (e.g. email address, postal address, telephone number etc.). This comes from platforms such as XING, LinkedIn, Experteer etc.

3.5. We process your personal data as required for the duration of the current recruitment mandate and/or entire business relationship (from initial set up, execution to completion of the contract); in accordance with legal obligations in respect of retention and documentation resulting from, among other things, the German Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB) and Abgabenordnung (AO); and until the end of any possible litigation arising from the Equality Act.

3.6. In running our website, we have appointed an external German hosting company, as well as agents and SEO service providers that may have access to your personal data in the course of their activities, insofar that this data is necessary for performing the respective service.
