Dr. Andrea Sandmöller worked for ten years in both R&D and sales & marketing, in two start-up companies and in an established corporation in the life science / biotechnology industry. She studied biology, specialising in molecular- and microbiology at the Technical University of Stuttgart and the University of Marburg/Lahn. She completed her dissertation at the Institute for Molecular Biology and Tumour Research in the research group of Prof. Miguel Beato.
Since the beginning of 2003, Dr. Sandmöller has worked in recruitment consultancy, focussing on the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
In 2013 she founded NotchDelta GmbH & Co. KG. She has also developed an international active recruitment & outplacement internet platform for the science and technology market; exclusively bringing together companies and candidates, who are explicitly looking to change, directly and confidentially. As Managing Director, she instigated a further development to this in 2014 through the establishment of NotchDelta Executive Search, primarily to deal with select assignments from the pharmaceutical and (bio-)technology industries.

Dr. Astrid Bruynck studied biology at the universities of Stuttgart and Marburg, and completed a PhD in Immunology at Behringwerke Marburg. She then spent fourteen years in various specialist and managerial positions with international responsibilities, working for global life science corporations.
Dr. Bruynck moved into recruitment consultancy in 2007 as Associate Partner for a recruitment consultancy, specialising in the area of healthcare.
In 2014 Dr. Bruynck, together with Dr. Andrea Sandmoeller, cofounded NotchDelta Executive Search and has been Managing Director with her principle fields of activity in the life science, medical technology and diagnostic sectors.

Dr. Peter Schwaighofer began his career as a civil servant in the field of social work in the province of Salzburg and worked, after his law studies at the University of Salzburg, more than 20 years as a recruiter, HR manager and training manager. His professional focus was on the electronic and mechanical engineering industries, as well as on NGOs.
Since 2009 he works as a freelance HR expert and interim manager in Germany and Austria and - after completing his MSc in Coaching at the European Systemic Business Academy at Vienna - as business coach.

Gustav Kichler is a graduate of the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna and holds an MBA from the Institute for Management (IfM) in Salzburg.
Gustav brings more than 20 years of international experience in the field of medical technology and laboratory diagnostics. He was Sales and Marketing Manager at bioMérieux Austria, a leading company in the in vitro diagnostics sector. As Managing Director of Romer Labs, a lab supplier for food and feed diagnostics, he successfully developed the business in Europe and Asia.
In 2011, Gustav joined Aristid as a recruitment consultant. Since mid-2018, he also became partner of NotchDelta Executive Search serving clients in the life science, pharmaceutical and medical device industries. He provides his recruiting services predominantly in Austria with its neighboring countries to the east.

Christine Krug completed a commercial apprenticeship at the city administration of Gießen. She continued her professional career as a sales and management assistant in notable commercial enterprises.
From 1995 onwards, Christine Krug was part of the HR department of a large international pharmaceutical group for 20 years, including as a training officer, and as a contributor to a wide range of HR projects. From 2016 to 2020, she was Head of HR and Organisational Development in a medium-sized company.
Since 2021, Ms Krug has been working as a freelance HR expert, personnel and career coach and mediator, with further qualifications as a personnel and business coach (IHK), business mediator (European Business Ecademy, Goslar), and additional studies as a psychological consultant.

After studying economics, Armando Koziner was for many years responsible for fundamental questions of personnel and international personnel deployment in a well-known company. Later, he took over the management of the entire HR department at a company in the metal industry.
In 2007 Armando started his career as a self-employed HR Interim Manager and worked for international companies in the life science, metal and automotive sectors. In recent years, his work has focused on recruiting for a personnel service provider with a focus on life sciences.
Armando has more than 30 years of experience in HR management in SMEs and corporate groups with a focus on labour relations, global mobility and change management including the implementation of restructuring measures. He has extensive experience in employee recruitment, contract design and onboarding of employees at all hierarchical levels.

Dr. Silke Boeffel has more than 10 years’ experience in the life sciences markets. She studied biology at the Universities of Bochum and Tuebingen and, after her dissertation, moved into a sales role with one of the global players in Life Sciences. Within 8 years in various sales roles including the management of a European sales team, Dr. Boeffel gained substantial knowledge and insight into the life sciences, pharma and chemistry markets, working with startups, mid-sized companies and multinational corporations and obtaining vast experiences in recruiting, training and coaching of international sales teams.
Dr. Boeffel has been free-lancing as consultant for sales and marketing questions since 2013. She successfully finished her training as certified business coach in 2014.
Since 2015 Dr. Boeffel is a partner at NotchDelta Executive Search focusing on training and coaching of sales teams and individuals mainly in small and mid-sized companies.

Dr. Kerstin Hermuth-Kleinschmidt hat, nach Studium und Promotion an der Universität Freiburg mit Schwerpunkten in Chemie, Biochemie und Mikrobiologie, mehrere Jahre in der Life Science-Branche im Vertrieb und im technischen Kundensupport gearbeitet. An der Universität Koblenz-Landau qualifizierte sie sich im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit, Umweltmanagement und Umweltökonomie weiter.
Seit 2014 unterstützt Dr. Hermuth-Kleinschmidt Akademie und Life Science-Unternehmen bei der Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeit in der naturwissenschaftlichen Arbeit und Forschung. Sie ist Mitglied bei EGNATON (Europäische Gesellschaft für Nachhaltige Laboratorien), wo sie unter anderem als Auditorin für EGNATON-CERT - Zertifizierungssystem für nachhaltige Labortechnologien mitwirkt. Sie ist als Referentin und Publizistin tätig und unterrichtet als Dozentin im Rahmen des Begleitstudiums „Nachhaltige Entwicklung" am ZAK (Zentrum für Angewandte Kulturwissenschaft und Studium Generale) des KIT Karlsruhe.
