Director Distribution Partner Management EMEA (m/f/d)

THESE TASKS ARE WAITING FOR YOU: 

As Head of Distribution Partner Management EMEA you lead and develop the area management team that ensures our business success in the EMEA region. You also develop business strategies to exploit future potentials as well as achieve defined growth, sales and profit targets in line with corporate standards.

  • You inspire, lead and develop a dedicated team (7 employees) to expand the success story of the company`s Therapeutics Global Distribution Partner Management in the EMEA Region
  • For the assigned region you have full P+L responsibility and ensure effective planning, budgeting and reporting processes
  • You develop promising business strategies for the EMEA region based on sound market analyses, define goals and monitor their implementation
  • You are highly involved in successful product approval and launch, this includes training of sales and marketing organization and implementation of product strategies
  • In addition, you ensure a highly efficient management of sales partners. In this context, you identify and train new sales partners including contract negotiations
  • Finally, you ensure an efficient supply chain management by means of precise forecasts and order tracking

THIS IS WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Business degree (Master/Diploma), preferably in business administration or business management
  • Extensive experience in the international marketing and sales environment (ideally in EMEA region) of a pharmaceutical company, including several years in management positions
  • Proven track record and business growth
  • Confident use of MS Office and very good English and German, other languages including Russian or Arabic are appreciated
  • Strong project management skills
  • Persuasiveness and assertiveness as well as strong intercultural competencies
  • A management personality with strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills and a distinct entrepreneurial mindset
