Human Resources & Administration Manager (m/f/d)


Our customer is an independent international Pharma company with its own R&D activities. Headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany, the family-owned firm with a 100 year-plus history has a direct presence in 28 countries with approximately 3,300 employees worldwide. Within the Russian subsidiary we are looking to fill the position of Human Resources & Administration Manager (m/f/d)

Overall Job Purpose

Provides strategic and operational leadership and control over all HR & Admin aspects of the organization, and in particular, in the areas of Organization Performance, Talent Management and Succession Planning.

Key Responsibilities and Assignments

  • Leads the necessary pro-active HR actions: i) Driving forward the development of HR strategies and their execution, in support of international HR operations; ii) Building HR organization and talent management; iii) Providing HR leadership to HR team and operations and business
  • Serve as a key interface with department leads in the organization
  • Partners with senior management within the business and in the markets in developing, planning and implementing their financial goals, objectives and strategies for their units in terms of resource allocation, organizational development and talent management
  • Works closely with country leadership to create and maintain alignment on future resource needs
  • Effectively represents the company, together with the GM, as one of the key spokespersons
  • Financial responsibility (budget, costs); Impact on the organization: high
  • Working together with the HR team (HR Business Partner, HR Administrator, Event & Administration Manager), Global HR, external providers

Your Profile

  • University degree, masters or equivalent
  • Excellent understanding of the Pharma business cycle and the division of responsibilities and skills necessary across Pharma organizations
  • Several years of solid, broad HR experience in an international environment, involving significant people and business responsibility
  • Ideally, experienced in people and organizational development
  • Prior experience in Pharmaceutical or FMCG industries, with focus in market or sales, is a plus
  • Advanced level of English language, German is a big plus
  • Advanced PC skills
  • Personally convincing with business acumen, change management, communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to understand and work in a matrix organization
  • Strategic HR vision and results-oriented project management
