Digital Innovation Hub Manager (a) Pharma

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

As Digital Innovation Hub Manager (a) you take an integral part in the development and implementation of our Digital Innovation strategy for the Therapeutics business. Besides collaborating, designing, and improving digital health solutions you are responsible to create an internal digital network and prepare investment pitches about digital health innovations for key stakeholders. Your detailed tasks are the following:

  • Development of strategic and investment plans in line with the business strategy
  • Ensuring of collaborations with internal digital functions and external partners and stakeholders
  • Responsible for planning and implementing our product portfolio and budget together with the product team
  • Development of short-, mid- and long-term product strategy for the Therapeutics Integrated Digital portfolio
  • Helping develop truly innovative and user-centered digital health business models leveraged by data
  • Driving internal awareness and building a strong internal network to promote further digital health innovations and prepare management pitches

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Economics, or related science fields
  • Several years professional experience in the development and execution of digital innovations within the pharmaceutical industry, consultancies, or healthcare start-ups
  • Commercial experience of developing medical devices and/or experience in launching Digital Therapeutics is preferred
  • Proficiency in using either tools for Ideation, Product Development or Agile/Scrum
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Confident use of MS Office and fluent in business-English
  • Excellent communication and presenting skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to prioritize, delegate and iterative learning
  • Dynamic personality with the talent to simplifying concepts and solving problems
